Emergent Young Adult Therapy

Becoming a young adult is a major transition with many new responsibilities, routines, expectations, and relationship changes. It is a time where we shed parts of our younger selves while trying to figure out who we are stepping into. We are constantly asking ourselves what stays and what goes. Together we will develop future goals, cope with changing realities, learn tools, and find meaning in this new phase of life.
It is common to schedule a series of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, each lasting around 45-60 minutes.

The course of treatment, scheduling logistics, and goals will be discussed in the consultation call and the first 2-3 sessions.

Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or longer-term, addressing more complex issues or ongoing personal growth.
