Did You Know?

Supporting mental wellness in the workplace has been shown to positively impact burnout, productivity, and absenteeism, while strengthening team cohesion - all contributing to a healthier, more proactive, and effective workforce. When individuals feel a sense of safety and belonging they perform better, experience less burnout, increase productivity, have higher rates of retention, and work more effectively as a team.

Leadership Training

Leadership training focused on mental health empowers leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to foster inclusive, psychologically safe work environments. Collaboratively we will explore the key elements of a supportive work place with coaching on communication, listening, empathy, and resources. Through a blend of education and interactive learning, participants will leave with a better understanding of mental health in the workplace and how to create a culture where there staff feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
